Founder Copilot is a web app for small US & Canadian teams and busy founders who hate bookkeeping. Drop a whole pile of receipts (JPG, PNG, HEIC, PDF, CSV, Excel) at once and Founder Copilot extracts vendor, amount, date, and category in parallel. Generate AI-powered monthly reports, flag duplicate or unused subscriptions, and export to PDF or QuickBooks/Xero CSV. Receipt images and extracted rows are purged automatically one month after each billing cycle — AI reports are kept.
