End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Cost Pulse AI ("we", "us") governing your access to and use of the Cost Pulse AI website, application, and related services (the "Service") available at costpulseai.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal financial-management purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

The Service may connect to third-party platforms (such as Shopify and QuickBooks Online) at your direction. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. You authorize us to access, store, and process data from those platforms solely to provide the Service to you. You may disconnect an integration at any time from your account settings.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the financial data, transactions, and content you submit or import into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that data to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including running AI-generated summaries and reports at your request. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI-generated content

The Service uses AI models to generate reports, analyses, and suggestions. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for financial, tax, legal, or business decisions. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice.

7. Fees

Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on prospective billing cycles with notice.

The Service, including all software, design, and content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement or if required by law. On termination, your license to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

12. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating Cost Pulse AI, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
